Stage 1 – CV - Application:

Stage 2 – First Interview:
If your application for a position is successful, we will ask you to attend a first interview. Depending on the Sherwood position you are applying for, this could consist of a telephone interview or a direct face to face interview. During the process you could be expected to undergo basic literacy, numeracy and accuracy tests, together with some other practical and visual tests. We will inform you at the end of the first interview when to expect feedback and the details of the next part of the process.
Stage 3 – Second Interview:
If you are successful at the first interview, we will invite you back for a second interview. You could be asked to undergo relevant tests for the specified role such as sample assembly work, with some other computer, practical and visual tests.
We will discuss with you at the end of the second interview when to expect feedback regarding your interview.
Stage 4 – Welcome to Sherwood:
If successful, we will work with you on creating your training programme to ensure that we help build the foundations of your career with Sherwood. We will be working with you on your training and continuous development and ensuring that your employment with us continues to be successful and rewarding.
